30-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

For change-of-mind returns, items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging and included accessories, where applicable.

These conditions do not restrict your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Return Inspection and Refunds

Order Cancellations

To request a cancellation, email service@woooworld.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

We will check whether your order can still be cancelled. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. You may request a return after delivery under this policy.

Any mandatory cancellation rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

UK Statutory Cancellation Rights

If you are a UK consumer and your purchase is covered by the statutory distance-selling cancellation right, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods. For goods in one order delivered separately, this period normally runs from receipt of the last item.

To exercise this right, notify us at service@woooworld.com or our company address with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You do not need to obtain approval or use a particular form. You may use the optional cancellation form below.

After notifying us, send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your cancellation notice. Please contact service@woooworld.com promptly for the return address and shipping instructions. Our company address may be used for cancellation notices. Contacting customer service for shipping instructions is not a requirement to obtain approval before exercising your statutory cancellation right.

For a full cancellation covered by this statutory right, we will refund the price paid and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any extra cost for a premium delivery option need not be refunded. We will reimburse you using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your cancellation. Unless we have offered to collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of sending them back, whichever occurs first.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may make a deduction only where permitted by law for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics, and functioning. The unused-item and packaging conditions of our voluntary return policy do not override these statutory rights.

Return shipping arrangements vary by region. You will only be required to bear direct return costs where this responsibility was properly disclosed before purchase and applicable law permits it. We cover return costs where required by law, including for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Any statutory exception to cancellation applies only where legally applicable. Our voluntary 30-day return policy is additional to your statutory rights and does not shorten them.
